We believe we offer a solution that considers and provides for the past, present and future document management needs of businesses from all industries.

The first step is to gain a clear understanding of your requirements and for this we recommend an initial meeting to allow us to understand your specific needs and what you wish to achieve in using Devigo Once we have met and agreed a route forwards, we would initiate a Scope of Works project document that will encapsulate our understanding of your needs and what is required to bring this to fruition. This will normally require a second meeting involving your IT department, management and potential users. The Scope of Works will form the backbone of the deliverable product and is used as a pre commitment between Devigo and you, ensuring both parties know what is required to ensure the success of the new relationship.

We believe our contract and the technology behind it is unique. The contract is formed over your chosen term (up to seven years if desired), with payments due as an initial deposit and the following payments spread monthly over the period chosen. A variation according to what we believe you will digitise, measured against the actual digitisation workload is then charged/rebated each quarter.

Our contract offers a level of flexibility that ensures you only pay for what you use.

The payments are also tax efficient as they are a revenue charge and therefore entirely allowable as an offset charge against profits.

We strive to undertake the entire process in a manner that reduces the level of disruption to that of a traditional audit. Your staff will be able to access their data throughout the process either manually or via our web portal and these archives can be returned to your on-site or off-site storage facility (we can provide this facility if required) and we can provide confidential and secure disposal and destruction of documents you no longer wish to retain.

Via our hub based in the North West of England, we will arrange secure collection of your documents and these are efficiently converted to digital images using high capacity scanners set at high quality definition levels to ensure the best quality is achieved.

Once scanned, the digital information can be uploaded remotely and directly into your chosen file structure, you're your newly installed document management facility that we will project manage also. You will have immediate access to the digitised material as it comes online and we will provide weekly updates to the nominated contact within your company. Once the entire legacy material has been digitised, we can then agree a schedule for scanning your next batch of archived data as it becomes available. Everything is designed to provide the least possible disruption to your day to day business and ensure you can use the new digital content to its full capability within your business.

Due to the unique way in which we have configured our solutions, you can even utilise portions of our service if you have already undertaken part of the project yourself. We will be happy to provide project management, leaving you to concentrate on running your business.
