Paul Barraclough BSc (Hons) CEng MICE MIWEM FCIArb – Chairman
Paul has a number of directorships, mainly working with early stage technology companies. After training with 3i he spent over 25 years in the venture capital industry and associated activities. Nonetheless, he has assisted his portfolio companies overall to seek more financial support from outside VC and banking sources than from within. His experience includes the management of a number of business incubators where many of his investments have been initiated. He has served on boards at all levels up to listed plc and has served on a number of overseas subsidiary boards especially in the USA.
Keith Doughty – Managing Director
Keith started his career in the early 80’s selling computers and moved from there into finance in the late 80’s, working for an international finance house in the provision of operating lease solutions. In 1993, he formed a specialist intermediary to provide outsourced funding facilities to the clients of Ericsson, the telecommunications specialist. Keith sold his shareholding in this company in 2004 to the incumbent management to allow him to focus on the creation of Devigo and to bring the vision of creating a product of the highest quality that allows all access to such technology.
David Griffiths – Sales Director
David has spent the last nineteen years working for the Sharples Group providing document solutions for companies throughout the North West. Initially starting in direct sales, he worked his way upwards within the company until in 2004, he initiated a MBO of the group with the backing of HSBC. He is now joint owner of the group and brings a vast knowledge base to Devigo in the structure and implementation of complex document management solutions. David’s interest in the new technology that drives Devigo ensures we are always exploring how best to bring beneficial and secure technology to our clients.
Gerard Donaldson – Company Secretary
Gerard has over 25 years experience in financial services holding senior posts in both asset and consumer lending. Formerly Operations Director for Automotive Financial Services, followed by several years’ service as Director for a large motor retailer. Since 2004, Gerard has been providing his services as an independent consultant specifically aimed at the banking and financial institutions. Gerard specialises in the management and coordination of efficient business processes.
